Title: DI-Guy Software Support Engineer
Job Location: Waltham, Massachusetts
Boston Dynamics (Waltham MA), a growing robotics and simulation firm, is seeking a dedicated software support engineer to join the bestselling DI-Guy (www.diguy.com) human simulation software team. DI-Guy is software, geometry, motions, and artificial intelligence for displaying and controlling dynamic human characters in 3-D visual training applications. If you are interested in artificial characters and 3D graphics, but also in helping our customers work best with DI-Guy, please consider a position with us.
Candidates must be US Citizens with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent and experience working in a software development or software support environment. Candidates must have a working knowledge of C++ programming. Experience with lua, artificial intelligence, customer support, simulation, linux, windows, and/or 3D graphics is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive mental attitude, and the ability to communicate orally and via e-mail.
Responsible for responding to customer e-mail and phone calls regarding use of the DI-Guy product line. Must be able to problem solve.
